In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate assembly line operations, and manage a team of production workers. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with factory equipment will drive productivity and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety standards and production schedules Coordinate assembly line operations, optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency and quality output Ensure all quality requirements are met, and resolve any issues Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Train and mentor team members on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of tools and equipment Conduct regular inspections of machinery and workstations to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs Experience and Education Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on mechanical tasks Prior supervisory or team lead experience in an industrial setting is preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing workflows Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical troubleshooting techniques Strong understanding of safety regulations related to manufacturing environments BS degree or equilvalent with 7+ years of experience. Above-average computer skills, Visual ERP experience perferred.
