This position is responsible for supervising production employees, driving safety and quality performance, meeting production schedules, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in rubber compounding, silicone manufacturing, polymers, plastics, chemicals, extrusion, mixing, or other process manufacturing environments. Candidates with leadership experience in related manufacturing industries and strong operational knowledge will also be considered. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a visible presence on the production floor, the ability to develop and coach employees, and a commitment to achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. The Production Supervisor serves as a key member of the operations team and is responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
