Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join our team in overseeing operations at our food processing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a solid understanding of FDA regulations and food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities to ensure efficiency and quality output
• Train new employees on production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Monitor production lines to ensure they are operating effectively and meeting production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following CGMP, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines
• Oversee packaging, fabrication, and sanitization processes
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows Qualifications
• 1+ year as a shift lead OR Associates Degree.
• Previous experience in a food processing plant or related industry
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to learn
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Daily attendance to avoid interruption of production.
