Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. $24.00Job Duties:
Coordinate the work with all the teams, guide the correct execution of the production processes, assign activities according to its complexity of the daily production planning, provide support in the preparation of materials, parts and accessories; Aim at perfect progress of the process. Train machine operators on the preparation and operation of machines or equipment, process control, methods, technical guidelines, quality and safety standards, and any other procedures deemed necessary Check all products produced in the area, to ensure they are in accordance with the required quality standards Monitor daily production Planning and Goals Make order to buy tools and equipment when necessary with supervisor's approval Guarantee all interruption orders are produced within the designated time; Communicate all unsafe acts and conditions to Supervisors and make suggestions to prevent accidents. Aim to make quality, productivity and safety equally important Support and enforce all quality management systems and food safety program (e.g. HACCP and SQF) set forth by the company's QC department. Develop operational standards, check sheets and daily production reports for immediate Supervisor; Record overtime, absenteeism, production volume, material consumption, defective parts and other problems occurred Check the fulfillment of the activities of each team against the established standards. In the absence of compliance, correct them Co-operate with Supervisors for specific assignments from time to time.Requirements:
Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and maintain a sanitary work environment at all times. Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. Follow signs for hairnets, handwashing, and other standards. Adhere to the designated uniform color code applicable to the work environment. Use equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently. Immediately report injuries or accidents to your supervisor or HR. Adhere to safety policies and procedures; attend relevant Food Safety Trainings. Follow FSMA, HACCP, SQF, and all safety regulations.
