This role is ideal for a hands-on production leader with a strong electronics background who can guide daily assembly activities, support team performance, and help maintain high standards for quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The Electronics Production Lead will oversee production employees involved in electronic assembly, PCB assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, packaging, labeling, and related manufacturing processes. This is a strong opportunity to join a quality-focused manufacturing environment where teamwork, dependable leadership, training, and continuous improvement are valued. The right candidate will play an important role in helping production teams meet customer commitments while maintaining compliance with
ISO 13485, FDA QMSR
expectations, ESD controls, and internal quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support production team members performing electronic assembly, PCBA assembly, cable and wire harness assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, packaging, and labeling. Plan daily work assignments, organize workflow, monitor production schedules, and help ensure output aligns with customer demand and internal delivery priorities. Ensure manufacturing activities are completed according to approved procedures, work instructions, bills of materials, assembly drawings, device history record requirements, and controlled documentation. Monitor production performance, including output, labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, rework, yield, test pass rates, and other key production metrics. Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production, documentation, equipment, test system, and material issues. Support training, documentation accuracy, line clearance, root cause investigations, CAPA activities, validation support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
Salary range:
$70,000 to $85,000 per year.
