Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Pay:

$30.00/hr We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Stockroom Supervisor to lead stockroom and inventory operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing stockroom, inventory control, and supervisory experience , along with the ability to manage a team and keep parts and materials moving efficiently. The Stockroom Supervisor works under the general supervision of the VP Finance/CFO and coordinates activities involving the scheduling and release of parts, requisitioning of purchased parts, and maintaining effective inventory control records and system procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise Stockroom Clerks, Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, and Customer Service Expeditor. Coordinate daily stockroom activities, including scheduling and releasing parts for manufacturing. Maintain accurate inventory records, databases, and inventory control procedures. Manage the inventory database and provide technical, procedural, inventory control, and parts exchange support. Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections. Pull shortage reports and provide job status updates to supervisors. Assist with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, tracking, auditing, and reporting. Work within Made2Manage (M2M) and other ERP systems. Work closely with Production and Shipping to locate parts and resolve issues that could delay manufacturing or shipments. Manage scrap metal and wood used for crating. Review weekly timesheets and overtime reports for submission to Human Resources. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of supervisory and delegating experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong manufacturing stockroom and inventory control experience. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ERP experience required; Made2Manage (M2M) experience is a plus . Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with strong leadership skills. Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
