Mountain West Excavation is looking to fill a grade crew operating foreman position. The right candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator, with 5 years as a foreman preferred. Experience as a grade foreman is required, pipe experience is a plus. Note that our foremen operate the primary production machine.

Job duties:

Responsible for the crew's safety. Read and interpret plans. Lead/assign tasks to a crew of 2-4 operators and laborers. Perform the work according to company procedure. Communicate with the company superintendent, the customer, and the crew. Operate GPS equipment/Trimble machine control and rover.
