Balanced Body is hiring for a Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will support the direction and leadership of the department. You will work closely with the Supervisor, crew leaders and Director on daily, weekly and monthly goals and ensure the department is meeting expectations. You will ensure the team has all the necessary training, tools and resources to accomplish their assigned tasks. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible to observe, correct, coach & discipline. The Assistant Supervisor will be involved in strategic planning for not only the growth of the department but the transactions across departments. An ideal Assistant Supervisor will have the following attributes: strategic planning, leadership, ability to multi-task, promote a positive attitude, ability to coach and mentor others. Strong communication skills, active listening, time management and a passion for building quality Pilate's equipment.
