$19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience Teamwork Packaging is a growing contract packaging and manufacturing company serving the food, personal care, household, nutraceutical, and consumer products industries. We are seeking a Line Lead / Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, lead production personnel, keep production lines running efficiently, and ensure quality, safety, and production requirements are consistently met. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily production activities and production staff Set up, monitor, and maintain efficient production line operations Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met Monitor productivity, product quality, and line efficiency Ensure employees follow GMP, safety, and company policies Train, coach, and support production personnel Assign employees to production tasks and monitor performance Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Operations teams Identify and troubleshoot production issues and help implement corrective actions Maintain accurate production records, counts, and reports Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards Communicate production issues, delays, and needs to management Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, packaging, food processing, cosmetics, nutraceutical, or related environment Previous line lead, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and team-management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Experience meeting production schedules and deadlines Knowledge of GMP, quality, and workplace safety practices Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to train and motivate production employees Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Benefits Stable full-time position Starting pay of $19.00 per hour $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment Hands-on leadership role with direct impact on daily operations Company Teamwork Packaging 494 E.
