Role Purpose Statement The Production Control Planning Supervisor oversees daily operational data flow, production reporting, and IT coordination within the CSC. This role ensures master data integrity, system compliance, and effective communication across operations, and program management. The supervisor drives process improvements, and development and maintenance of all manufacturing production schedules that will adequately fulfill customer demands. Maintain goal performance reporting and analysis. Main Accountabilities Responsible for supervision of daily operational meal ordering and production reports. Responsible for the information flow in the CSC(s) - Lead Production Control Collaborate with CSC operations and lean management to create and maintain local master data (workstation assignments, ready times, run rates, etc.) Ensure and oversee

process compliance Update and communicate all daily operation information in a timely, accurate, and user-friendly manner Act as CSC's primary liaison to Program Management for central data issues resolution Act as CBASE Super User and participate in the CBASE Super User Community Validate customer specifications & schedules Streamline operational processes and improve quality of deliverables Participate and support Lean initiatives Interacts with internal end users and provides answers in a timely manner Leadership Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed Guide, motivate and develop the subordinate employees within the Human Resources Policy Participates in coaching the expanded Global Performance System (GPS) process, as well as additional career development activities to enhance the effectiveness and potential of the team Make the company's values and management principles live in the department(s) Plan / Implement and control the cost budget in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) a plus Strong experience with MS Office required Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills Strongly analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively Excellent customer service attitude (internal and external) LSG Sky Chefs is an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer of Women/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
