As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to join our team and lead the successful execution of our projects from start to finish. Position Overview The Shop Foreman will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing millwork and cabinetry projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and technical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate has experience in millwork or shop fabrication trades and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of assigned projects, from kickoff through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with general contractors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of drawings and specifications. Review shop drawings, submittals, and material selections. Conduct site visits to verify field conditions, track progress, and resolve issues. Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring lead times are met. Monitor quality control and adherence to safety standards. Lead shop meetings and communicate clearly with all shop employees. Troubleshoot and proactively resolve conflicts, delays, or design challenges. Foster strong relationships with clients and promote repeat business opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in millwork, custom cabinetry, or related construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction documents, shop drawings, fabrication processes, and installation methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and CAD/Bluebeam (preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
