Position Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree
