In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous process improvements. Your leadership will motivate teams, optimize workflows, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety standards and production schedules Manage and guide assembly line teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Interpret and implement production documents, technical drawings, and work instructions accurately to maintain quality standards Utilize measuring instruments and mechanical knowledge to verify product specifications and troubleshoot issues promptly Operate power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and other equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting to support production needs efficiently and safely Monitor process flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean manufacturing principles for ongoing process enhancement Qualifications Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility environments with a strong understanding of production processes Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and measurement data Hands-on experience with assembly line operations, mechanical assembly, and use of measuring instruments Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other factory equipment Familiarity with safety standards in production settings including safety protocol adherence and manual handling procedures Experience managing or supervising production or assembly teams with a focus on process improvement Strong organizational skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation accurately and manage multiple priorities effectively Join us to lead innovative manufacturing processes that prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency.
