FINE PRINT

(boring but essential) Self-motivated Manager needed for a fast paced production environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the shop meets all of its production goals and objectives.

This will entail:

Manage employees, safety program, and schedules to ensure goals are met safely and on time. Manage raw materials to make certain that resources are available to keep production moving. Manage shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods in an organized and timely manner. Management of tools, vehicles, and equipment, to make certain that the production team has what it needs to keep peak efficiency. Mechanical, welding, metal fabrication, carpentry, and/or composite manufacturing experience are preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft office (especially Excel and Outlook) are necessary. Thus, excellent time management, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability and conflict resolution, critical path scheduling, and outstanding integrity are required (Fake it till you make it won't work here).
