We work with large box stores and national builders. We are currently seeking a Production/Scheduling Manager to work in our Stockton, CA office who will be responsible for supervising all plant production and work with account managers to schedule jobs (installs), repairs and finish ups. This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone special. You know, just the right amount of edge and willingness to get the job done. Someone who is totally comfortable with who they are and fearless when it comes to meeting challenges head on. This position is heavy on scheduling and communication. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Manage the installation schedule by coordinating with account managers, shop manager and senior leadership for all residential and commercial projects: This includes reviewing daily job counts/SQ FT Managing geography of installs Assist to determine the efficient and correct routing for installs crews. Ensure orders are properly assigned in required areas Manage daily production schedule: Work with engineering team and provide daily schedule Work with account managers to ensure shop has a steady flow of work Review all jobs for accuracy and pricing Serve as a point of contact between production and planning teams Review and communicate production status reports
