Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced NPI environments. Experience with cost control, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems. Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related technical discipline. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing experience with leadership in NPI and production environments; electronic or server manufacturing preferred. Experience in electronic components manufacturing (assembly, testing, packaging) preferred. Experience managing teams of 100+ employees is a plus.
