Manufacturing Full Job Description Estimated Salary:
$71,000 to $90,000 per year based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.What you will do:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Train, mentor, and manage team of production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth & improvement. Supervises and assesses capacity issues, and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Supply Chain) to resolve production issues and optimize processes. Troubleshoots remanufacturing problems and determines corrective action when necessary. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues promptly. Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure efficient product flow Monitor remanufacturing productivity, KPIs, (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Supports accurate inventory records of remanufactured machines and ensure accurate stock records Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service teams to meet business objectives Supports preventive maintenance programs Supports workplace safety programs and emergency preparedness activities What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in assembly operations in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and function; Able to clearly share expertise and transfer technical knowledge to others.
