Job Description

Production Manager. Amazing Underdeck Englewood, CO Job Details Full-time $72,000 - $120,000 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Calendar management Production management Crew management Ordering supplies Full Job Description The Role Once our sales team sells a job, you take the wheel. Your job is to turn a signed contract into a beautiful finished project, a happy customer, a 5-star review, and a profitable job. You will manage the entire project from start to finish. You'll work with homeowners, installers, suppliers, electricians, and our sales team. This is not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day job. Some days you'll be measuring a deck in the morning, ordering materials at lunch, solving a problem for an installer in the afternoon, and collecting a $15,000 payment before heading home. You own production. What You'll Do Get Jobs Ready As soon as a job is sold, you'll: Review the contract, photos, and measurements. Visit the home and remeasure the project. Meet the homeowner and confirm expectations. Catch problems before they become problems. Complete needed prep work like Deck Enhancer and Starlight transformers. Order & Schedule You'll figure out exactly what every job needs. Order panels, gutters, trim, and other materials. Make sure nothing is missing. Coordinate electricians when needed. Schedule the installation crew. Keep the production calendar moving. The installers should show up ready to work — not wondering where their materials are. Run the Job You'll make sure our crews have everything they need to win. You'll visit jobs, communicate with customers, solve problems, track changes, and keep projects moving. When something goes wrong, you're the person who figures it out. Finish Strong A job isn't finished just because the installers leave.
You'll:
Check the finished work. Take great photos. Make sure the property is clean. Collect final payment. Track labor and project costs. Ask the customer for a review. Close out the job. Your Scoreboard Your biggest goal is profitable production.
We care about:
Production. Profit. Quality. Speed. Happy customers. You'll be trusted with more than $1,000,000 of projects every year , and as Amazing Underdeck grows, that number will grow with you. Who Wins in This Role? Someone who is organized, confident, good with people, and loves getting things done. You notice details other people miss. You don't need someone constantly telling you what to do next. And when there is a problem, you don't say: "That's not my job." You say: "I've got it." If you like responsibility, solving problems, working with great customers, and seeing the results of your work every single day, you'll love this job.
