We are looking for a Lead Operator to join our Greely, CO plant. As a Lead Operator with Contech you will contribute to America's essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management. Why apply? Role Responsibilities:

Work closely with foreman to make certain everyone is aware of production schedules. Keep communication open with employees and managers. Trains new employees on various jobs. Discuss daily production with Lead, Production Planner, or Plant Manager. Enforce safety and work rules. Ensure quality specifications are being met on ALL product produced Ensure that work areas are kept clean daily Ensure Lean principles are being utilized; 5S, TPM, & Quick Changeover are used to eliminate downtime. Ensure corrective action takes place on all non-conformances in accordance with Pre/Post Shift Audits as well as Monthly Leadership Audits. Other duties assigned.

About You We Require:

High School Diploma or GED. Good organizational and math skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. 1-2 years experience in a lead/supervisory role.
