We are a growing, fast-paced company looking for an experienced Field Foreman to join our team. The Position We are looking for a dependable, experienced Field Foreman who can lead a crew in the field while maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate is someone who knows steel erection and fabrication, can read drawings and plans, communicate well with customers and other trades, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and work alongside their crew when needed. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on commercial and residential steel projects Coordinate daily work activities and keep projects moving efficiently Read and interpret structural and miscellaneous steel drawings Layout, fit, weld, and install steel components as needed Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project specifications Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Identify potential problems and communicate them to the project team Track materials and equipment needed for projects Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment Help train and mentor less-experienced employees Maintain a professional relationship with customers and other contractors Qualifications 3+ years of experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, steel erection, or a related field Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop drawings Welding and fabrication experience Ability to accurately measure, layout, and fit steel Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Valid, non-restricted Colorado driver's license
REQUIRED
