Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description
- Plan and schedule workflow to get orders shipped on time.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of metal fabrication.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee raw material procurement and track inventory with an eye toward minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Responsible for implementing strict compliance with all federal and state safety regulations to insure a safe working environment.
