•$62,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM

•3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Monitor production schedules to ensure timely task completion as directed by Operational Leadership (Supervisor, Value Stream Team Lead, or Value Stream Manager). Complete hourly sign-offs on Day-by-Hour boards, documenting non-conforming hourly production targets with detailed comments. Maintain accurate daily production and team performance logs Enforce strict adherence to safety and ISO quality standards. Verify setup of machines against established process sheets, ensure team members meet quality expectations, and escalate rework needs or safety risks immediately. Proficiency in using standard measurement devices (e.g., calipers, VMM, micrometers). Coordinate on-the-job training for team members, foster a positive work environment, and proactively identify and escalate potential employee conflicts Assist in maintaining work area cleanliness, 5S standards, and basic equipment care. Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
