We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee our complete molding operation. In this role, you will maintain machine processes for quality parts, monitor production floor efficiencies, train personnel, and drive continuous improvement through 5S and Lean manufacturing principles. You will work closely with Quality and Support departments to uphold cGMP standards, minimize downtime, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

Oversee the complete molding operation and continuous production floor activities to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Process & Efficiency Management:

Monitor manufacturing efficiencies and labor utilization, maintaining machine processes to deliver high-quality parts and maximize press uptime.

Quality & Compliance Standards:

Partner with Quality Departments on corrective actions, conduct routine visual inspections, and enforce strict cGMP and 5S/Lean Manufacturing standards.

Team Training & Development:

Train floor personnel to elevate staff technical capabilities on company equipment and processes while promoting a proactive, safety-focused culture. ...

System Documentation & Collaboration:

Maintain detailed production systems records and work collaboratively across all support departments to meet company goals.

Working hours:

7:30 AM - 4:45 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Hands-on experience with 5S implementation and continuous improvement initiatives

Background in cGMP-compliant manufacturing environments

Expertise in analyzing labor utilization and manufacturing efficiencies to optimize uptime

Education:
High School Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, mold operations, and basic/advanced molding techniques

Proven understanding of material types, automation concepts, and Lean Manufacturing

Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical connections

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math comprehension

Demonstrated time management, leadership, and team-building skills

Physical Requirements:
