Position Overview Nokturnal AI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient execution of manufacturing and assembly processes. This role is responsible for coordinating personnel, managing workflows, maintaining quality standards, and driving on-time delivery of products. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, technical awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily production activities, including assembly, fabrication, and system integration Coordinate production schedules, materials, and workforce to meet project timelines Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures Monitor production performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to support product delivery Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory tracking Train, mentor, and manage production staff to ensure high performance and accountability Qualifications 2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations leadership Strong leadership and team management skills Experience working in technical environments (aerospace, defense, robotics, or similar preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, or work instructions Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficiency with production tracking tools and standard office software Strong communication skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML hardware systems, avionics, or electronics integration Familiarity with compliance standards in defense or regulated industries Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and defense technologies Collaborative and fast-paced startup environment Career growth and leadership development opportunities
