Coordinate the installation of steel columns, beams, girders, bar joists, composite deck, roof deck, stairs, rails, ladders, and miscellaneous steel. Ensure proper AISC bolting and AWS welding procedures are followed in accordance with drawings and specifications. Safely coordinate and utilize crews, cranes, and other equipment. Read and interpret contract drawings, erection drawings, ship/fabrication drawings, and specifications. Review project plans and requirements with Project Management. Identify and resolve field issues quickly while maintaining manpower, schedule, and productivity. Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and office personnel. Enforce company safety and quality standards on every jobsite. Complete daily site, equipment, safety, and progress reports. Provide leadership, training, and direction to field personnel. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Steel Erection Foreman or Field Foreman. Strong knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel erection. Ability to read and understand contract, erection, and fabrication drawings. Knowledge of AISC bolting requirements and AWS welding procedures. Ability to lead a crew and manage daily field operations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite. OSHA/safety certification are a plus
