A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description

We are hiring experienced landscape professionals for our installation division. We are looking for candidates with experience in: Landscape installation and site preparation Grading, drainage, sod, trees, palms, and plant installation Operating skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and similar equipment Leading crews and completing projects efficiently Reading plans and following job specifications
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation Landscape or construction experience preferred Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in Florida conditions Foreman candidates must have leadership experience and be able to manage crews, equipment, materials, and jobsite quality. $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
