- 5:00 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_174929 The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing packaging line operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of finished juice products.

... Production and Operations Leadership Lead and manage all on-shift packaging line activities, ensuring safe, efficient operation, and compliance with production plans. Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including throughput, downtime, scrap, and labor efficiency. Coordinate all startup, shutdown, and changeover activities. Supervise production employees, assigning labor based on production needs and maintaining clear daily priorities. Coordinate with Processing and Warehouse teams to ensure consistent material supply and finished goods removal, communicating any shortages or constraints. Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation standards, and all food safety requirements. Partner with the Quality team for proper execution of in-process checks, documentation, and support of audits/corrective actions. Enforce all safety policies, conduct observations, and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Monitor equipment performance, coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime, and support troubleshooting efforts. Train, coach, and develop production staff, addressing performance issues in coordination with leadership. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance line efficiency and reduce waste. Operational Requirements Must be flexible to support production and warehouse operations, with a willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts as required.Working hours:

Qualifications & Experience- -High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
- -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing, with production leadership responsibility.
- -Prior experience in beverage or liquid filling operations strongly preferred.
- -Experience supervising hourly production teams.
- -Strong understanding of production line operations, efficiency metrics, and labor management.
- -Familiarity with GMPs, food safety requirements, and quality systems.
- -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
