Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor (Floater) to oversee our empanada manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high safety standards, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. Enforce adherence to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Implement and promote lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards in all aspects of production operations. Coordinate with team members to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Conduct regular safety training sessions and safety audits to uphold safety awareness among staff. Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing or similar production environment. Strong understanding of safety protocols and standards related to food production. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and fostering a safety-first culture. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed based on production demands.

Shift Floater:
