Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Supervisor is expected to lead employees to efficiently and safely accomplish all established production goals in a timely manner. The Supervisor will monitor each of their employees to ensure that all policies are obeyed and followed as directed by the company.

Primary Job Duties:

Ensure that everyone has the tools necessary to build trusses. Review each build ticket and make sure to understand all that is needed prior to construction of trusses Monitor construction of other trusses. Must have at least 2 year of experience supervising individuals.
