Position Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing filling, bottling, and packaging operations within the production environment. This role ensures that fragrance and essential oil products are handled, filled, and prepared according to safety and quality standards. The position requires close monitoring of processes involving sensitive and high-value materials, as well as coordination of team members and workflow. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency in production. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily filling, bottling, and packaging operations Ensure proper handling of volatile and sensitive materials in accordance with safety standards Monitor production output to maintain accuracy and consistency Oversee use and operation of liquid filling machinery Train and guide team members on procedures, safety, and quality expectations Enforce cleanliness and organization within production areas Coordinate with quality control and warehouse teams to support workflow Identify and resolve production issues or inefficiencies Track and report production performance and output
Requirements :
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Hands-on experience with filling, packaging, or bottling operations Familiarity with liquid filling machinery and related equipment Ability to enforce safety and quality standards consistently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee team workflows Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
Preferred :

Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
