Candidate will oversee all daily operations of the concrete paver manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and workplace safety; plan, schedule, and coordinate workflow to meet production goals and customer demand; direct plant personnel across manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics functions; monitor and evaluate production performance, output, and quality metrics; implement corrective actions as needed; oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs on heavy manufacturing machinery and equipment; supervise inventory of materials, parts, and supplies; source and procure replacement components from approved vendors; identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime; prepare and analyze production and cost reports for management review; ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace and safety regulations; communicate regularly with executive management and cross-functional departments to maintain plant efficiency and support broader organizational goals; travel within the State of Florida between the employers manufacturing plant in Fort Myers (Lee County) and the corporate office in Medley/Miami (Miami-Dade County) approximately once per month to attend management, operational, and coordination meetings.
