Job Description
Favero is helping one of our integration partners, Epoxy Guys, find an experienced Production Manager to join their team in Southwest Florida. We're looking for someone who already knows the concrete floor coatings business and can help manage scheduling, crews, job prep, materials, production efficiency, quality control, troubleshooting, customer coordination and overall job completion. This is a hands-on role, so we're looking for someone who can organize and manage jobs but isn't afraid to jump in and help the crew when needed. Previous concrete coatings experience is required.
