Powder Coating Manager:
You'll lead the powder coating department while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met. Lead and supervise the second shift powder coating team Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards Oversee powder coating application, curing, and finishing processes Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance Train, coach, and develop team members Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures Troubleshoot coating and production issues Coordinate with production teams to maintain efficient workflow Monitor equipment performance and communicate maintenance needs Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Skills and Experience:
What You'll Bring as a
Preferred Candidate:
3-4 years of hands-on powder coating experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of powder coating equipment, application techniques, and quality standards Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
