Our team is responsible for the ultra-precision machining, additive manufacturing, and the development and production of complex optical components and sophisticated electronic systems. As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be at the helm of coordinating multiple processes, esnuring smooth production flow, and meeting key performance goals. Job Description Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Prioritizing hardware through various production stages and communicating status updates to leadership Managing quality, schedule, and cost goals across several work cells Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize workflows Inspiring and motivating team members, setting high standards for performance excellence, and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive Overseeing the integration of fabrication, photolithography, and thin-film coating processes under one roof Why Join US The Optical Components Center is Lockheed Martin's center of excellence for manufacturing optics. Basic Qualifications Basic Qualifications Prior leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment of at least 1 year Prior team leadership experience Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques Microsoft Office suite knowledge, skills, and experience Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or Weekend Shifts Desired Skills Desired Skills Completed Bachelor's Degree Experience working in a Union Environment Prior leadership/management experience in a complex manufacturing environment Experience with tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Benefits offered:

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
