Sheet Metal Foreman - Pensacola, Florida RQ Construction is looking to hire a Sheet Metal Foreman to join our self-perform team for ongoing work in Pensacola, FL and the surrounding areas . All work is to be performed on the military base and is paid the required Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, specific to the NAS Pensacola military base. The Sheet Metal Foreman oversees the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned Sheet Metal crews. This includes ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards, project requirements, and deadlines established for the job. The crew performs the fabrication and installation of ductwork, air distribution systems, and HVAC equipment on active construction sites while following applicable codes and standards. The Foreman applies mechanical knowledge, ensures the proper use of tools and equipment, and reinforces required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

1 week vacation plus accrued sick time Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimum education required for this position. Courses in HVAC Technologies, construction management, engineering tech, etc. preferred. Two or more years in a Sheet Metal Foreman capacity. Three or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as a journey-level sheet metal worker in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting is required; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
