PM Location:
Plant City, FL Bilingual English/Spanish Required Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual Packaging Lead for a manufacturing facility in Plant City. We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team, working in a fast-paced production environment, and making sure finished orders are packaged correctly and ready for shipment. What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate a team of production/packaging employees. Oversee the bundling, wrapping, and stacking of light-gauge steel studs and track. Assign tasks and help keep the packaging area running efficiently. Verify completed packages against work orders, project specifications, and shipping manifests. Ensure products are packaged accurately before being loaded for shipment. Monitor quality and address packaging or order discrepancies. Enforce workplace safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, production equipment, and other machinery. Communicate instructions, priorities, and safety information to employees in both English and Spanish. Assist the team as needed to meet daily production and shipping goals. What We're Looking For Must be able to speak and read both English and Spanish . Previous lead, supervisor, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Comfortable directing and motivating a team. Safety-minded and able to work around industrial equipment. Dependable and able to work the full Monday-Friday schedule. Comfortable working in an active manufacturing/warehouse environment.
