PM, Monday-Friday Pay:

$70k-75k DOE Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations and lead a team of 15-40+ employees and temporary workers . The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience in food manufacturing or production. Responsibilities Supervise daily packing operations and assign employees to production lines. Monitor productivity, quality, and production goals. Lead pre-shift meetings in English and Spanish. Train, coach, and hold employees accountable for performance and attendance. Enforce GMP, SQF, FDA, OSHA, and company safety standards . Complete production reports, downtime logs, and other required documentation. Address staffing, equipment, and production issues quickly. Work with HR and management on employee performance and corrective actions. Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Requirements 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, packing, or production. Experience supervising 15+ employees. Experience with GMP, HACCP, or SQF standards. Bilingual English/Spanish - required. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
