Join our team as a Production Manager, where your leadership will drive manufacturing excellence and operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of production processes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, optimized workflows, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across the plant. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment committed to innovation and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, including assembly, finishing, and quality control, to meet production targets and quality standards. Have excellent knowledge in cabinetry shop drawings, build, finish, and install Manage supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination, to ensure seamless material flow. Oversee plant management functions such as safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting to maintain a safe and productive environment. Foster a culture of lean management by applying principles of lean manufacturing and process improvement to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning to meet customer deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or custom cabinetry industries. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and plant operations. Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement, and continuous improvement strategies is a plus. Excellent data analysis skills using Excel to interpret production metrics and supply chain data for decision-making is a plus.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
