Job Description

Compulink Cable Assemblies of Florida, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor for second shift to lead manufacturing of high-reliability cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and box builds. You will coordinate daily schedules, assign work, and ensure strict adherence to build-to-print and quality standards for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial customers. Responsibilities include coaching and developing operators, monitoring output and scrap, resolving production issues, and supporting continuous improvement, safety, and on-time delivery in a structured, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise production teams on second shift to meet daily output and quality targets Plan, prioritize, and assign work orders for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and box builds Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to build-to-print specifications and strict quality standards Train, coach, and evaluate operators and assemblers to promote a quality-driven, team-oriented culture Track production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety procedures, workplace organization, and company policies Collaborate with quality, engineering, and planning to resolve issues and support on-time delivery Maintain accurate shift reports, labor tracking, and production documentation Required Skills Production supervision Electronics manufacturing processes Cable assembly and wire harness production Scheduling and workload planning Quality control and inspection Reading technical drawings and work instructions Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Root cause analysis and problem-solving Safety and 5 S practices Team coaching and performance management
