Assembly Production Supervisor Sarasota, FL | On-site | Full-time | Monday-Friday 8:15am - 5pm We're looking for an Assembly Production Supervisor to join our CGC Cards division and lead a high-performing team responsible for the encapsulation and assembly of collectible cards in our Sarasota, FL offices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Lead and manage a team of 30+ assembly operators to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. Identify potential new methods and opportunities to further develop in-place processes and partner in continued professionalization initiatives. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to established SOPs and quality control measures. Implement and maintain Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement strategies. Monitor and analyze production KPIs, partnering with senior leadership to adjust plans and optimize performance. Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to meet business objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate across other company divisions, and multiple leadership levels, including Supervisors, Senior Managers, Directors, and the COO. Support training and development initiatives for team members to enhance skills and productivity. Participate in overtime opportunities as needed to meet production demands. Travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 10%).
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required. Proven experience managing large teams in a production environment. Strong understanding of production equipment such as sonic welders and manual vises. Proficiency in computer programs including Excel, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Experience implementing quality control initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across leadership levels. Deep knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
