Description:
Supports shop and field operations by assisting with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of ductwork and related HVAC components. Responsible for transporting materials and equipment, maintaining organized and safe work areas, following technical drawings and supervisor direction, and adhering to all company safety standards and training requirements.
Primary Functions:
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from jobsites. Measure, cut, and assemble duct components as directed. Assist with installation of ductwork, vents, insulation, and related components. Hold, secure, or position materials during installation. Seal joints and connections according to company standards. Maintain clean and organized work areas in the shop and on jobsites. Follow blueprints and technical drawings as instructed by the Installer or Supervisor. Assist with basic testing and inspection of installed systems. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and jobsite safety regulations. Attend safety meetings and participate in required training. Perform other related duties as assigned. Lineman Pliers Drill Holder 6' Stick Ruler Required within 2 weeks of start date Physical Requirements Employee must be able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures Employee must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance Employee must be able to stand for long periods of time Employee must be able to sit for long periods of time Employee must be able to climb steps and ladders Employee must be able to stoop Employee must be able to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds above his/her head Employee must be able to work in loud and dusty environments with the proper safety gear
