Weekly Lunch & Learns (Practical equipment training aligned to your role) Clear path to Lead Tech, Supervisor, or Management Weekly Safety & More Meetings (stay sharp, stay safe) Quarterly Trust Summits with leadership What you will be doing: This individual will be responsible for being proficient in all styles of duct (spiral, galvanized, rectangular, double-wall, SnD, etc.) General knowledge of piping and controls, AC install, retrofit, fiberboard Responsible for working with fiberglass, plastics, and other nonmetallic materials Measure and cut appropriate size of sheet metal, as well as install preassemble duct Interpret blueprints and complete layouts if necessary Use scribers, dividers, and squares to mark dimensions on materials Inspect assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications What you need for this position: 1-2+ years in commercial duct installation Ability to understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications Experience working with hand tools and power tools Strong working knowledge of job site safety OSHA 10 or 30 preferred ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical.
