JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with GM to coordinate jobs in house and schedules for job completion utilizing data analysis. Coordinate schedule and production requirements with employees, department heads and supervisors to meet goals and deadlines. Delegate work to all production employees according to schedule Oversee our production processes and work with all the departments to improve production efficiency and quality. Supervision of production employees, departments, and projects so that projects flow properly and correct any bottlenecks in the processing. Keep overhead to a minimum. This includes monitoring the schedules, production level of employees, overtime, any necessary disciplinary actions, Assist with developing corrective actions. Working with customers to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction. Make sure employees have all the equipment needed to complete their jobs safely by working with the Safety and Compliance Specialist and General Manager. Work closely with other departments to implement company policies and goals. Excellent written and verbal communication. SKILLS and

REQUIREMENTS

Manufacturing Management over 5 years. Supervisory Experience - 5 years. Organized. Detail Oriented. Efficient. Problem Solver. Independent worker. Strong Communication Skills. Strong Excel, Microsoft Office and ERP Software experience. Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus. Six Sigma Certification a plus. May be required to perform other duties, as necessary.
