We are looking for an experienced Food Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, food manufacturing experience, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and support production employees during the 3rd shift Monitor daily production activities and ensure production goals are met Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards Ensure employees follow SOPs and established procedures Address production issues and assist with troubleshooting Communicate effectively with employees and management Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Complete production reports and other required documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing is required Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment Knowledge of food safety and quality standards Ability to work 3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience or certification with any of the following is a plus:

SQF WMS ERP

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
