Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery. Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives. Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize efficiency. Coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadout activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement. What Are We Looking For Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, or related operational environment. Strong commitment to safety and the ability to foster a positive safety culture. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements. Work Environment Work is performed primarily in an industrial aggregates and cement loadout environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions. Frequent interaction with employees, contractors, truck drivers, and customers. May require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call support based on business needs. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas. What We Offer Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
