Kellanova is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day plant operations in our manufacturing environment. You will oversee production teams to safely deliver high-quality products on time, while meeting cost and efficiency targets. In this role, you will manage schedules, monitor KPIs, drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure full compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards. You'll coach and develop frontline talent, foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, and partner with cross-functional teams to support innovation, reliability, and growth for our iconic snack and breakfast brands. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets Supervise and develop production teams, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management Implement and monitor KPIs, production schedules, and resource allocation for optimal throughput Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and problem-solving to reduce waste and downtime Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards across all operations Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues and support plant objectives Support hiring, training, and onboarding to build high-performing, inclusive teams Use data and reporting tools to analyze performance and recommend improvements Champion Kellanova culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives on the plant floor Contribute to operational planning, budgeting, and best-practice sharing within the site Required Skills Production planning and scheduling Lean manufacturing Continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5 S) People leadership and team supervision Safety and regulatory compliance Food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP) Root cause analysis and problem solving KPI development and performance tracking Manufacturing ERP/MES systems Budgeting and resource management
