Now we're scaling, and we need a Production Manager who can own that in the field, every single day. This role is a feeder into bigger things. You won't get there sitting behind a desk — you'll earn it running crews and delivering results. What this role really is You own production on your properties. Not pieces of it — all of it. You make sure the work gets done right, on schedule, and to standard You're in the field with your crews, not managing from a distance You catch problems before the client does and fix them on the spot You set the tone for quality, pace, and accountability If a property looks right, that's you. If it doesn't, that's also you. What you'll be responsible for Production, scheduling & crew oversight Oversee Crew Leaders and their crews across your properties Build and adjust daily and weekly schedules around staffing, weather, and priorities Keep crews moving efficiently and hold them to the schedule Take direction from Account Managers and make sure it gets executed in the field — no dropped balls Quality control Walk properties and catch issues before they become client complaints Fix what you can on the spot Hold Crew Leaders accountable for doing the work right the first time Safety Enforce safety standards without exception Correct unsafe practices the moment you see them Make sure crews have and use the right PPE and operate equipment safely Leadership & development Train Crew Leaders and crew members in the field — this isn't a role where you point and walk away Identify who's ready to move up and develop them Build a crew culture that takes pride in the work Equipment Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment in working, safe condition Get ahead of maintenance issues before they cause downtime What you need 3+ years in professional landscape maintenance Real leadership experience — Crew Leader, Production Manager, Field Supervisor, doesn't matter the title if you've actually done it An eye for quality that doesn't need to be told twice Ability to build and hold a schedule together when the day tries to fall apart Valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive company vehicles 21+ and able to pass a background check Why MTScapes Established, full-service landscape company with a strong reputation Leadership that's present and accountable, not distant Real path for advancement — this role can move into Account Management and beyond We reward people who produce Our core values aren't words on a wall Family — we support our people and expect them to support each other Integrity — we do what we say, every time Quality — if it's not right, it's not done Compensation $24-$28/hour based on experience Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays
