Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Food Production Supervisor/Team Lead for the Night Shift and lead the charge in delivering high-quality food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with diverse team members and ensure smooth operations across all shifts. Duties Supervise and coordinate night shift food production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and GMP. Lead, motivate, and manage production team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety management systems, including HACCP plans, sanitation procedures, and regulatory/legal standards in production. Oversee packaging processes to ensure products meet quality assurance criteria and proper labeling standards. Utilize SAP or similar manufacturing management software to track production data, inventory levels, and quality metrics accurately. Conduct regular inspections of the production area to uphold sanitation, safety standards, and GMP compliance; address any deviations promptly. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation related to production activities for accountability and traceability. Skills Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP practices, and overall food safety management systems within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing food production teams in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Excellent managerial communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively lead diverse teams and facilitate clear instructions. Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems used for manufacturing management. Deep understanding of food processing techniques, packaging requirements, sanitation protocols, and safety standards in the food industry. Ability to apply basic math skills for measurements, conversions, inventory calculations, and quality assessments.
