Molding Department Supervisor , Shoe Manufacturing, 1st & 2nd Shift available! Ambassador Personnel is seeking a dependable, hands-on Molding Department Supervisor for day shift and night shift to lead production employees and oversee daily molding operations at a shoe manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, coach, and provide directions to production employees . Oversee daily molding operations and ensure production goals, quality, and safety standards are met. Assign employees and delegate tasks based on production needs. Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues and communicate maintenance needs. Maintain accurate production paperwork, reports, and logs. Address attendance and performance concerns professionally. Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and a clean, organized work environment. Communicate effectively with Maintenance, Packing, Quality, and other departments.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience, preferably in manufacturing or production. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work around production machinery and learn manufacturing processes. Basic Microsoft Office or similar computer skills. Previous molding or shoe manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical/Work Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the production facility for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. periodically. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed during production season. Must be able to safely work around machinery and wear required PPE.
