• Locust Grove Branch is seeking an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to join a rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in fast-paced production environments, and a background in machine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting. Responsibilities Supervise and lead production and bagging teams to ensure daily production goals are met. Oversee daily equipment operations and coordinate machine maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Monitor machinery performance and work with maintenance teams to address equipment issues quickly and efficiently. Manage production schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient workflow. Monitor logistics and inventory operations to support production demands. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve shortages, production issues, and operational challenges. Evaluate logistics providers and recommend process improvements when needed. Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and productivity. Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in production supervision, manufacturing, or operations management required. Machine mechanic, industrial maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of production machinery and ability to identify mechanical issues. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics, transportation, inventory management, and shipping documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems and technologies. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 lbs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
